Job Descriptions:

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis and risk assessments on credit applications and existing loan portfolios
  • Prepare detailed credit reports and recommendations to support the lending decisions
  • Monitor and manage assigned loan accounts, identifying potential risks and recommending appropriate actions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and verify customer information
  • Review and recommend adjustments to credit limits and payment terms for existing customers based on updated financial information, payment performance, and evolving risk profiles
  • Identify and flag accounts exhibiting signs of financial distress or deteriorating credit quality for immediate action
  • Stay up-to-date with industry regulations, economic trends and best practices in credit analysis
  • Review customer accounts on credit hold, investigate reasons for the hold, and make decisions on releasing orders in accordance with established policies
  • Lead the investigation and resolution of complex invoice disputes, including short payments, unapplied payments, pricing discrepancies, and delivery issues, by coordinating with relevant internal departments and external customers.
  • Prepare and distribute regular credit-related reports, including AR aging analysis, credit limit utilization, credit risk exposure, and dispute status reports, for management review

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in credit analysis or a similar financial analysis role
  • Proven ability to interpret financial statements and conduct thorough credit risk assessments
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Proficiency in using financial modelling and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of banking regulations and industry best practices
  • Amenable to work at Abucay, Tacloban
  • 1 position available
