What You'll Do:

  • Supervise and support salon staff, including nail tech, facialist, massage therapist, estheticians, and receptionists
  • Ensure outstanding customer service and handle client inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Oversee appointment scheduling and staff rosters to ensure efficient operations
  • Implement promotions, upsell services, and track salon performance metrics
  • Monitor and manage inventory of products and supplies, placing orders as needed
  • Oversee daily salon operations — staff schedules, inventory, and service flow

Who You Are:

  • A degree in Business, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience as Salon Manager
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Up-to-date with beauty and lifestyle trends. Stylish, professional, and able to lead by example
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills with a pleasing personality
  • Willing to assign in NCR (GRAND CENTRAL, GLORIETTA 3 and MALL OF ASIA)
