Work Schedule:Dayshift – FULL ONSITE

Type of Employment:Contractual (6 months initial contract, possible absorption/extension depending on performance)

Job Summary

  • Responsible for the support and maintenance to existing application functionalities.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide second-level support for assigned production-related application incidents within established service level requirements and application maintenance in coordination with the vendor where applicable.
  • Minimize the occurrence of application incidents by investigating, analyzing, developing and implementing corrective measures as directed.
  • Provide support for operational requests received within agreed TAT.
  • Provide technical inputs to address maintenance requirements.

Qualifications Required

  • Experience with Finacle 10 to Finacle 11 migration or strong Finacle background.
  • Proficient in PL/SQL scripting
  • Creating packages, breaking them down into stored procedures.
  • Designing and explaining tables, joins (especially LEFT JOIN vs INNER JOIN).
  • Can code in PL/SQL, even without APEX.
  • Strong understanding of data migration processes.
  • RDBMS
