  • Perform chemical, physical, and instrumental analyses of environmental samples (water, wastewater, ambient air, stack emission) following standard methods (SMEWW, EPA).
  • Ensure strict adherence to QA/QC procedures, proficiency testing, and inter laboratory comparisons.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, including proper handling and disposal of hazardous waste.
  • Support laboratory audits, inspections, and accreditations through compliance with documentation and quality standard.
  • Accurately document all laboratory activities including observations, raw data, calculations and reports in laboratory records.
  • Collaborate with the laboratory team to meet committed turn around time to clients.
  • Maintain proper inventory of chemicals, glassware, and other laboratory supplies.
  • Uphold professionalism by maintaining confidentiality, accuracy and integrity in all laboratory work.
