About the role

As a Customer Care Representative at E-WORLD STAFFING SERVICES', you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through a variety of non-voice communication channels, including email, chat, and social media. This is a full-time role based in our Pasig City, Metro Manila office.

What you'll be doing

  • Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate information and guidance to customers about products, services, and policies
  • Documenting customer interactions and maintaining detailed records
  • Identifying and escalating complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate team members
  • Participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve customer service skills
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards

What we're looking for

  • Excellent written communication and problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure
  • Proficiency in using various communication channels, including email, chat, and social media
  • Familiarity with customer service software and database management
  • Relevant experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the Call Centre & Customer Service industry
