IT Specialist

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology/Computer Science
• Preferably with at least 2 year work experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of hardware and network installations.
• Must have programming skills
• Installation and configuration of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, and printers, CCTV etc.
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks, which includes documentation.
• Respond to concerns in timely manner to service issues and requests
• Set up accounts for new users
• Add, remove, or update user account information, resetting passwords, etc.
• Provide Audio Visual Support to company events and projects, if needed.
• Perform duties as assigned related to current role.
