About the role

We are seeking a dedicated QA Officer to join our dynamic team at TAPA KING INC' in Pasig City, Metro Manila. As a QA Officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work within the Science & Technology industry, with a focus on Quality Assurance & Control.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and implementing quality assurance processes and procedures
  2. Conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and address any quality issues
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve quality-related problems
  4. Analysing data and generating reports to track quality metrics and identify areas for improvement
  5. Providing training and guidance to other team members on quality standards and best practices
  6. Staying up-to-date with industry regulations and standards, and ensuring compliance

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in a relevant field such as Engineering, Quality Management, or a related discipline
  2. 3-5 years of experience in a quality assurance or control role, preferably within the Science & Technology industry
  3. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
  5. Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
