  • Dispense prescription and non-prescription medications accurately and efficiently.
  • Review prescriptions for completeness, dosage accuracy, potential drug interactions, and contraindications.
  • Provide patient counseling on proper medication use, possible side effects, and storage.
  • Maintain accurate and updated patient medication records.
  • Ensure compliance with all pharmacy laws, regulations, and professional standards.
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals regarding medication therapy management.
  • Monitor and report adverse drug reactions or medication errors.
  • Manage and maintain proper stock levels of pharmaceutical supplies.
  • Conduct periodic inventory checks and ensure proper storage and handling of medicines.
  • Prepare and submit reports required by management and regulatory bodies.
  • Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated with current pharmaceutical practices.
