Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Healthcare Account

Location: Onsite – Ayala Mall Central Bloc, Cebu IT Park

Job Overview:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Customer Service Representatives to handle inbound and outbound calls for our Healthcare account. You will assist patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information while ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries related to healthcare plans, claims, and benefits
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, billing inquiries, and account updates
  • Provide accurate information and solutions within company guidelines
  • Document all interactions in the system promptly and accurately
  • Maintain professionalism, empathy, and confidentiality in all communications
  • Meet performance targets including quality, productivity, and attendance

Qualifications:

  • College Graduate – with or without BPO experience
  • Senior High School Graduate – with at least 6 months BPO experience
  • Excellent English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
  • Willing to work onsite and in shifting schedules

Salary & Benefits:

  • ₱16,500 for freshers | Up to ₱25,000 for experienced candidates
  • 20% Night Differential
  • HMO coverage from Day 1
  • Performance Incentives and Attendance Bonus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: Php20, Php25,000.00 per month
