About the role

Are you an experienced Hotel Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? Verjandel Hotel Inc., a leading hotel in Quezon City, Metro Manila, is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Hotel Manager to join our dynamic team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing all hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and driving the strategic growth of the business.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and coordinate all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure efficient and high-quality service delivery
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and best practices to optimise hotel operations and improve profitability
• Analyse hotel performance data and guest feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies
• Lead and motivate a team of hotel staff, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities to drive employee engagement and retention
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with local partners, suppliers, and the surrounding community to promote the hotel's brand and reputation
• Ensure the hotel complies with all relevant industry regulations, safety standards, and legal requirements

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a Hotel Manager or similar senior hospitality management role
• Demonstrated track record of successfully managing hotel operations, including budgeting, staffing, and guest relations
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficient in hotel management software, revenue management, and data analysis
• Thorough understanding of the hospitality industry, including current trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field
