We are seeking a
Logistics Supervisor
who oversees day-to-day logistics operations, ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and accurate movement of goods. This role manages warehousing, transportation, inventory coordination, and logistics staff while ensuring compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and coordinate daily logistics, delivery, and dispatch operations
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and cost-efficient delivery of goods and materials
  • Oversee warehouse activities including receiving, storage, picking, and releasing
  • Monitor inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular stock counts
  • Lead, schedule, and evaluate logistics staff, drivers, and warehouse personnel
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of logistics and delivery documentation
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external transport providers
  • Monitor fuel usage, vehicle maintenance, and logistics-related expenses
  • Enforce safety standards, company policies, and regulatory compliance
  • Handle delivery issues, damages, shortages, and customer concerns
  • Prepare and submit operational and performance reports
  • Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency

Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 2–5 years experience in logistics, warehouse, or distribution
  • Strong leadership and coordination skills
  • Knowledge of local routes, suppliers, and regulations
  • Proficient in MS Excel and inventory systems
