About Us

We are a startup Strategic Advertising Agency focused on helping businesses grow through smart marketing strategies, automation, and creative campaigns.

We're currently expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated Onboarding Trainer to help new hires (especially Salespeople) get up to speed quickly and effectively with our tools, processes, and culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead onboarding sessions for new team members, especially within the Sales department

Train new hires on company systems including GoHighLevel (GHL), Google Workspace, and communication tools

Develop and improve onboarding materials, documentation, and training resources

Provide hands-on support during the new hire's first weeks, ensuring smooth transitions into their roles

Collaborate with department leads to tailor onboarding plans based on role requirements

Track onboarding progress, collect feedback, and report on training effectiveness

Identify skill gaps and recommend additional training where needed

Requirements

Proven experience in training, onboarding, or team coaching (preferably in digital marketing or sales teams)

Strong understanding of GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM and digital work tools like Google Workspace

Excellent English communication and presentation skills

Organized, detail-oriented, and able to create clear, structured training materials

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment

Ability to lead sessions confidently and ensure team members feel supported from day one

Compensation & Benefits

Base Pay: $4/hour (Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 09:00 AM – 06:00 PM CST)

Performance Bonuses: Based on onboarding effectiveness and team success

Growth Opportunity: Help build and shape the company's training program and grow into a leadership role

Supportive Team: Work closely with management and department leads to make an impact

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php Php228.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 per week
