- Service, repair, and maintain copiers, printers, and multifunctional printing devices.
- Install new copiers and printers, including network setup and configuration.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and software issues with office equipment.
- Respond to customer service requests and provide on-site support.
- Train customers on proper copier and printer use and maintenance.
