Stock Control Specialist

Schedule: Overlap with Australian business hours
Compensation: Competitive (Above-market rates for right-fit candidates)
Reports To: Inventory/Operations Manager
We are searching for a reliable and process-driven Stock Control Specialist to manage inventory oversight remotely. This individual will ensure that all portable building components are tracked, available, and well-documented across the entire workflow—from procurement to delivery.
Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate inventory records and update them daily in the CRM
Monitor stock levels and flag shortages or potential delays
Coordinate with suppliers to confirm availability and delivery timelines
Collaborate with the admin and sales teams to align inventory with orders
Identify discrepancies and resolve stock-related issues proactively
Produce simple reports or summaries for management when requested
2+ years in stock, logistics, or inventory management
Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple items simultaneously
Familiarity with stock software, Excel, or CRM systems
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong communicator, especially in written formats
Based in the Philippines
Able to work structured hours in line with the Australian time zone
Enjoys repetitive and detail-oriented work
Process-oriented and comfortable operating within systems
