GEODETIC ENGINEER / LAND SURVEYOR / INSTRUMENTMAN

Detailed Job Description:

· This is a hands-on position that will require expertise in land surveying, advanced survey equipment, and CAD software, as well as the ability to manage and maintain survey systems and equipment.

· Conduct detailed land surveys using total stations, RTK, GPS equipment, and other surveying tools to establish precise measurements, boundaries, and contours for roads and bridges projects.

· Prepare accurate topographic maps, boundary surveys, and other survey reports in accordance with project specifications and regulatory requirements.

· Responsible for the upkeep and operation of various survey instruments and assists during survey activities in different stages of a project.

· Sets-up survey instruments to be used during survey/In charge of the safekeeping of all survey instruments/Monitors the condition of survey instruments and reports issues for proper action.

· Operates survey instruments and records data gathered during survey.

· Performs other related job/duties as may be assigned by the management from time to time.

· Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and terrain, and willingness to travel to project sites as required.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

Surveying Tools & Equipment:

· Proficiency in using basic surveying instruments such as Total Stations, Levels, RTK Theodolites, and other equipment commonly used in land surveys.

· Survey Data Analysis and Interpretation

· Technical Reporting & Documentation

· Auto CAD

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Experience: Minimum of 1 to 5 years' experience in Land Surveying with Hands-on Experience in using Surveying Instrument or construction layout.

· Graduated in Civil Engineering / Geodetic Engineering or any related field.

· With or Without License

· Willing to Stay in and Relocate TUY BATANGAS

· Willing to Final Interview to our SITE OFFICE (Bgry.Mangahis, Tuy, Batangas)
