JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • SUPERVISE THE BILL, PYR, PYB AND COL MEMBERS
  • ENSURE ACCURATE AND TIMELEY PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF PAYROLL AND BILLING.
  • PREPARE PAYROLL-BILLING ANALYSIS.
  • ENSURE TIMELY COLLECTION OF ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE.
  • ADDRESS AND RESOLVE ALL AUDIT EXCEPTIONS AND INSTRUCTIONS PROMPTLY
  • COLLABORATE WITH OTHER OFF/DEP.
  • PROVIDE TRAINING TO NEW AND EXISTING BILLERS AS NEEDED TO ENHANCE PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT.
  • ASSIST IN DEVELOPING AND IMPLEMENTING NEW POLICIES AND PROCEDURES TO IMPROVE DEPARTMENTAL WORKFLOW.
  • PERFORM OTHER DUTIES AS REQUIRED FOR THE EFFICIENT OPERATION OF THE DEPARTMENTS

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • BACHELORS' DEGREE IN ACCOUNTING OR IN BUSINESS WITH EMPHASIS IN ACCOUNTING/FINANCE
  • AT LEAST 2 YEARS WORK EXPERIENCE IN ACCOUNTING OR FINANCE (WITH EMPHASIS ON BILLING AND COLLECTION)
