All adjusting entries and analysis are all coming from CFC.​Revenue and backlog monitoringMonitor all country's financial KPIWorking Capital Management ​Approve all expenses and payments to meet OCF KPIMonitor and push invoicing and collection performance ​Report P/L variance analysis, operating cash flow, and working capital analysis during regional monthly business review.​Prepare financial forecasts (P/L and cashflows) and analyze deviations from budgeted figures.Make sure that balance sheet is properly maintained Develop and manage the annual budget process, including coordination with department heads.Provide accurate and timely regional financial reports.Ensure that controls, policies, and processes are being observed (GUARD/Internal control reports)​Monthly bank reconciliation review and approval (XCERT)​Check and bank transfer appovalHandles BIR Tax Audits (no tax consultant)​Handles External / Internal Audits​Handles business case analysis for new projects.​Pricing tool review and approval.​Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controlsSupport Operating BUs by providing financial analysis and recommendations as needed.​Provide recommendations to improve financial performance and optimize resource allocation.Support any M&A, divestment, creation of new entity activitiesBusiness valuation for new projects, M&AAdditionally, other controller duties as necessaryJoin an inclusive, flexible and diverse company where you can thrive while contributing to positively transforming the world we live in.#ShapingaWorldofTrust #leaveyourmark
