- 2 to 3 years of related experience in Data Analysis and Reporting. The HRIS Reporting team is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and reporting on a wide range of HR-related data, including employee demographics, compensation, benefits, recruitment, performance management, and workforce analytics. They generate reports, dashboards, and metrics to provide insights into workforce trends, identify areas for improvement, and support decision-making at all levels of the organization.
• Compliance and Regulatory Reporting: Organizations are subject to numerous federal, state, and industry regulations that require the submission of HR-related data and reports. The HRIS Reporting team ensures compliance with these requirements by preparing and submitting accurate and timely reports to government agencies, regulatory bodies, and industry associations. This includes reports related to EEO (Equal Employment Opportunity) compliance, OFCCP (Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs) reporting, and other regulatory mandates.
• Strategic HR Planning and Decision Support: The team plays a critical role in supporting strategic HR initiatives and workforce planning efforts. They provide data-driven insights and analysis to HR leadership and business leaders to inform workforce planning, talent acquisition strategies, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives. By synthesizing HR data into actionable information, the team helps drive strategic decisions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
• Employee Experience and Engagement: HRIS Reporting contributes to enhancing the employee experience and increasing engagement by providing HR leaders and managers with insights into employee feedback, satisfaction levels, and engagement drivers. The team analyzes employee survey data, turnover rates, and other indicators to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing workplace culture, improving retention, and fostering employee engagement.
• Data Governance and Quality Assurance: Ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and security of HR data is a fundamental responsibility of the HRIS Reporting team. They establish data governance policies and procedures to standardize data collection, storage, and reporting practices. Additionally, they implement data quality assurance measures to identify and rectify errors or discrepancies in the data, ensuring that decision-makers have access to reliable and trustworthy information.
• Technology and System Support: The team provides support for HRIS platforms and reporting tools, ensuring that systems are configured to capture and report HR data effectively. They collaborate with IT teams and vendors to troubleshoot system issues, implement system upgrades, and enhance reporting capabilities. Additionally, they provide training and support to HR users on how to access and utilize HRIS reporting tools effectively.
• Continuous Improvement: HRIS Reporting is an iterative process that requires ongoing evaluation and refinement. The team continually assesses the effectiveness of reporting processes, tools, and methodologies, seeking opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and relevance. They solicit feedback from stakeholders, benchmark against industry best practices, and implement enhancements to ensure that HR reporting practices align with organizational goals and priorities.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any 4-year Bachelor's Degree, such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Business Administration (Human Resources Management)
- Experience in SQL & PeopleSoft Query, Oracle HCM Cloud, is required.
- Willing to work on a full on-site working setup (BGC Taguig City)
- Willing to accept a 6-month project-based with possible absorption.
- Willing to work on a shifting schedule
