The Community Engagement Staff is responsible for actively managing and growing the company's online community across various social media platforms. Focuses on responding to user interactions, fostering positive relationship, gathering feedback and maintain brand's voice and reputation online.

Role Summary:

Real-Time Engagement & Interaction: Respond quickly to comments, messages, and mentions on social media (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Manage customer service issues and direct inquiries to the right teams. Seize opportunities for proactive engagement with users.

Community Growth & Moderation: Encourage user-generated content and active participation. Enforce community guidelines and address inappropriate content. Report any issues to the Social Media Supervisor.

Feedback & Insight Gathering: Collect and share community feedback, trends, and sentiment. Run polls or surveys for insights on new products, campaigns, or services.

Brand Advocacy: Represent the brand online, ensuring interactions align with the brand's voice. Identify and support loyal customers and potential brand advocates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Good written English proficiency is required for effective online brand representation.
  • 1+ year of experience in community management, social media, or digital customer service.
  • Strong written communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with major social media platforms and community management tools.
  • Able to work under pressure and handle sensitive interactions professionally.
