Warehouse Supervisor

About the role

Ace Hardware Phils., Inc.' is seeking an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to join our team in Sorsogon City, Sorsogon. As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the efficient and effective operation of our warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate fulfilment of orders. This is a full-time position based on-site.

What you'll be doing

• Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and distribution of goods
• Oversee the work of warehouse staff, including delegating tasks, monitoring performance, and providing training and support as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, such as optimizing storage and picking processes
• Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
• Maintain accurate inventory records and provide reports on warehouse performance
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and customer service, to ensure seamless operations

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2years of experience in a supervisory role within a warehouse or logistics environment
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and priorities effectively
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
• Proficient in the use of warehouse management software and other relevant technologies
• Knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices
• Understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to the warehouse industry
