Location: Robinsons Town Mall Malabon

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Service Crew member to join our Kitchen Operations team. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Kitchen Head and Senior Line Cook to prepare and execute dishes, uphold kitchen standards, and ensure that every food item is cooked to perfection. The ideal candidate should be passionate about cooking and able to excel in a fast-paced, technology-driven kitchen environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation: Prepare ingredients by chopping, slicing, dicing, and marinating according to recipe specifications.
  • Cooking: Prepare and assemble dishes based on the menu and specific customer requests, maintaining top quality standards.
  • Equipment Operation: Use kitchen appliances such as grills, ovens, fryers, and mixers safely and correctly.
  • Quality Assurance: Monitor food quality, presentation, and consistency, making necessary adjustments.
  • Sanitation: Keep the work area clean and sanitary, following all health and safety protocols.
  • Inventory Support: Assist in managing inventory, including receiving supplies, storing them properly, and recording kitchen production.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and a positive work environment.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; culinary degree or certification is a plus.
  • At least 1-2 years of cooking experience, preferably in a cloud kitchen or similarly fast-paced environment.
  • Skilled in various cooking methods and cuisines.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledgeable about food safety standards and best practices.
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and lift heavy items.
