You Will Be Responsible For The Following

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy aligned with the company's overall vision and business objectives.

  • Lead product launch readiness for new payment innovations including market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback

  • Collaborate with key global partners to create new product innovations in the payments landscape.

  • Market Analysis and Business Casing:

  • Conduct in-depth market research to understand user needs, preferences, and behaviors in target international markets.

  • Analyze market trends, competitive offerings, and regulatory changes to inform product decisions.
  • Utilize data analytics to track product performance, identify areas for improvement, and measure the success of product initiatives.

  • Create business case including volume forecast, business model. Create high level p&l for new products ensuring positive unit economics

  • Business Readiness:

  • Lead product launch of new payment innovations from concept to launch, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.

  • Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and other enabling teams to define product requirements, develop user experience, and execute product launch plans.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and identify areas for optimization

  • Coordinate with other internal business units to ensure all dependencies are mapped, documented and resolved.

  • Stakeholder Management & Communication:

  • Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Build strong relationships with partners, vendors, and other external stakeholders including global partners.
  • Represent the product team in cross-functional meetings and presentations.

We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field;

  • 5-7 years of experience in product or brand management; preferably handling consumer products

  • Work experience in business development preferred but not mandatory

  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling products

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Foundational knowledge on business casing and p&l analysis
  • Able to establish good partnerships with internal and external stakeholders
