The Propagator is responsible for leading and executing plant propagation and other nursery management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for leading and executing plant propagation and other nursery management activities.
  • Ensures the continuous and high-quality production of plants through various propagation techniques.
  • Oversees the propagation schedules, maintains propagation and stock monitoring records, and ensures plant health and uniformity in line with the production goals.
  • Supports the nursery's capacity to supply high quality plants for landscaping, sales, and project use.
  • Manages the propagation facilities, tools, and equipment.
  • Monitors plant health and perform pest/disease control measures

Qualifications

  • At least graduate of High School or a Vocational Course.
  • Degree in Agriculture/Crop Science or certification in Plant Propagation or Nursery Management will be an advantage.
  • Preferably five (5) years of experience in plant propagation.
  • Must be willing to work in
