Role: Patient Care Representative

Details:

  • Rate: 150 PHP/hour
  • Work set-up: Office-based
  • Weekly workload: Will start as part time but will switch to full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cater to patient/customer inquiries through calls. Other customer service channels might be opened in the future, chats and emails.
  • Make outbound calls to follow-up patients.
  • Manage various administrative tasks, especially during slow times.

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience as customer support role in any medical or health campaigns.
  • B2 English Proficiency.
  • Experience in navigating Electronic Medical Records (EMR).
