Production Supervisor

● Based on orders, determines the materials requirement and makes the requisition
from the warehouse.
● Gives specific work assignment to production crew using motion time study as basis
● Sees to it that proper allocation of work by the production personnel and the balance
of work assignments are maintained.
● Trains/orient new production crew on their specific work assignments
● Regularly conducts inspection of the production area to check on;
● The presence of personnel on their respective work assignment and to ensure that
proper discipline and decorum are observed.
● Adherence of personnel to good hygiene and sanitation practices
● Adherence of personnel to safety protocol
● Attends immediately to any operational interruptions that may occur.
● Check the finished product to see if these are prepared according to standard.
● Supervises the distribution of finished product per outlet. Ensure that all orders are
produced, distributed according to route, and properly labeled.
● Check for leftover raw materials and make sure that unused raw materials are
returned to the warehouse with transfer DR.
● Supervises the transfer and pick up of finished goods. Make sure
all are properly documented, prepared and packed according to standard.
● Prepares yield tracking report of BU finished section
● Prepares manpower monitoring report for justification of overtime
Qualifications:
● A degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a
related field is often preferred
● Proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role within a production
● Has the ability to lead, motivate, and guide a team of production employees
● Has focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of production
● Experience working directly with production processes, machinery, and equipment is
essential
● Willing to work at 5F Palmyra Building, Kalayaan Avenue cor. EDSA, Makati City
