About the role
Talent Outsourcing Channel Solutions' is seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our dynamic team as Call Centre Customer Service Representatives. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to work in the travel and hospitality industry, with a competitive salary and the convenience of day shifts and weekends off.
What you'll be doing
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients by answering inbound calls and responding to enquiries
- Assisting customers with bookings, reservations, and general travel-related information
- Resolving customer issues and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all customer interactions
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Adhering to company policies, procedures, and quality standards
What we're looking for
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
- At least 1 year of GDS experience. Sabre GDS is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers in a professional and empathetic manner
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on providing efficient and effective solutions
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including customer relationship management (CRM) tools
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
