The Seasonal Crew for Udders attends to all customer-related needs so they can have convenient, comfortable, and efficient dining experience in the restaurant.

Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Welcome guests as they approach the stall.
  • Hand out menu and take the guest's orders.
  • Dispatch and serve the ice cream.
  • Handle all kinds of payment transactions in cash, card, gift cheques, discount cards, etc.
  • Be ready to answer all customer's questions.
  • Attend properly to all guest's complaints and refer escalated complaints to the Team Leaders or Restaurant Managers.
  • Attend to phone and virtual orders and inquiries.
  • Clean their assigned stations from time to time.

Requirements

  • At least a high school graduate.
  • Experience in the same position is a plus, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Can work long hours as needed, on weekends, and holidays.
  • Good communication skills both in English and Tagalog.
  • Willing to be assigned to different branches as needed.
  • Able to start immediately.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php610.00 per day
