REQUIREMENTS:

  • Education / Experience
  • Graduate of a Technology course or any Electronics related course or equivalent is preferred.
  • Preferably with a semiconductor industry experience for at least 2 years
  • Knowledge in industry standard such as JEDEC specifications and AEC standards.
  • Skills
  • Knowledgeable in reliability testing and reliability specifications.
  • Knowledgeable in electronics, assembly processed
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office application (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Analytical, methodological, dependable, independent and have good communications skills.
