Job Description

Be part of our client's team as an Acumatica Consultant and deliver seamless ERP implementations, client-focused consulting, and expert support services. You will design solutions, train users, and provide hands-on guidance to ensure businesses maximize the value of MYOB Acumatica.

Shift: Day Shift (Mondays-Fridays, 8:00AM-5:00PM AEST)

What You'll Bring to the Team

Must have:

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Management, or related field
• At least 3 years of ERP implementation experience (preferably MYOB Acumatica; NetSuite, SAP B1, or Dynamics also considered)
• Ability to confidently engage with clients and communicate business value
• Demonstrated accounting/financial work history (equivalent to management accounting level)
• Strong self-starter attitude
• Passion for customer service and exceeding client expectations

Highly desirable:

• Experience in Business Process Mapping documentation
• Implementation experience with Finance, Manufacturing, and CRM modules
• Strong SQL skills (forms, reports, scripts, queries)
• Proficiency in Power BI (advantage)
• Knowledge of CRMs, databases, and reporting tools
• Report-writing skills using Graphical Report Writer (e.g., Crystal Reports)

• Manage and perform implementations of MYOB Acumatica
• Provide system reviews, upgrades, training, customization design, and other improvement initiatives
• Deliver telephone, remote, and occasional on-site support
• Guide clients to maximize ERP functionality and achieve business goals
