Outdoor Skillgames Team Leader (Near Tutuban Terminal)Position Overview:

The Outdoor Skillgames Team Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the skill games area at Tutuban Terminal. This role includes supporting staff, ensuring the maintenance and smooth operation of games and equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. The Team Leader will also coordinate with various departments to ensure efficient business operations and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the skill games area at Tutuban Terminal.
• Collaborate with Park Operations, Treasury, Security, and other relevant departments.
• Enforce and ensure strict adherence to company rules, policies, and safety regulations.
• Represent the company in all business-related activities, addressing operational concerns and needs.
• Lead and motivate the team to consistently meet performance and sales targets.
• Oversee the management of wages, payouts, and financial balancing to maximize company profitability.
• Ensure all games, equipment, and materials are properly maintained and functioning at their best.
• Keep the skill games area clean, well-organized, and visually appealing for customers.
• Manage inventory, ensuring that all stocks are properly arranged and conduct regular inventory checks.
• Provide training and development for the team, including Stockman and other Team Leaders, to effectively operate the games.
• Safeguard company assets and ensure the security of all game-related property.
• Lead and encourage staff to perform their roles to the highest standard.

Job Type: Full-time (Compressed 5-day work week, previously 6-day work week)

Salary: Php 795 per day
