Senior Accountant - US Tax & Business Services | Top 8 Australian Firm | Day Shift

Location: Remote (Philippines)

Schedule: Australian Day Shift (Work-Life Balance)

Experience: 3-5 years in US Public Accounting and Taxation (Expatriate Tax)

This is your chance to lead engagements for one of the Top 8 accounting firms in Australia, a powerhouse known for its technical excellence and global reach. You'll be at the forefront of building their US Tax and Business Services team, working with world-class clients - all while enjoying Australian day-shift hours and exceptional growth potential.

What You'll Do

  • Review work prepared by intermediate and junior accountants.
  • Manage client portfolios (SMEs, partnerships, and high-net-worth individuals).
  • Liaise directly with clients on tax compliance and advisory matters.
  • Mentor, train, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Prepare advisory reports on tax planning, structuring, and compliance reviews.

What You'll Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in US accounting/tax/business services (CPA firm experience preferred).
  • Advanced knowledge of US GAAP and US tax law and compliance.
  • Strong technical review and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Proficiency in workflow management and team coordination tools.

US TAXATION and EXPATRIATE TAX experience is mandatory for this role. Applications without this experience will not be considered.
