About the role

Great Image Services Corporation is looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Branch Secretary (Photo Editor) to join our team in our Batangas City, Batangas office. This is a full-time role that will see you playing a key part in supporting the smooth running of our local branch while also utilising your photo editing skills to deliver high-quality images for our clients.

What you'll be doing

The Branch Photo Editor & Cashier shall be responsible for ensuring that all cash collections are safeguarded and protected. She should ensure that all transactions are entered into the POS. Secretaries are also responsible for efficient filing and record filing/keeping of important company documents, and maintaining an effective Inventory system. The secretarial job also requires the provision of technical support for photo editing.

  1. Using photo editing software to enhance, retouch, and manipulate images to client specifications
  2. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure all photo editing work is completed to a high standard and on time
  3. shall be responsible for ensuring that all cash collections are safeguarded and protected. She should ensure that all transactions are entered into the POS.
