About the role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Branch Manager to oversee the smooth operations of our store located in Robinson Santiago City Isabela. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for leading a team of retail professionals, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Your strategic leadership and operational expertise will be essential in delivering on the company's objectives within the Retail & Consumer Products industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage all aspects of the branch's day-to-day operations, including staffing, inventory management, and budget oversight
  2. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve targets
  3. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers
  4. Lead, motivate, and develop a team of retail associates, fostering a positive and productive work environment
  5. Collaborate with regional and head office teams to ensure alignment with company policies and procedures
  6. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  7. Monitor and report on key performance indicators to the senior management team

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the Retail & Consumer Products industry. Furniture industry will be an advantage.
  2. Demonstrated success in leading and motivating high-performing teams
  3. Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving skills
  4. Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both staff and customers
  6. Adaptability and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment
