Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Avaloq Developer with deep expertise in Avaloq Script and related modules, along with strong PL/SQL skills and experience in release management. The ideal candidate will support ongoing enhancements, integrations, and issue resolutions within the Avaloq Banking Suite, contributing to both project and BAU activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Avaloq Development & Configuration:

  • Develop and maintain solutions using Avaloq Script across modules:
  • Task & Reporting
  • Accounting
  • Portfolio Management
  • STEX (Securities Trading and Execution)
  • Transfer
  • Avaloq Messaging Interface (AMI)
  • Work with Avaloq Community APIs and Containerized Applications for integration and deployment.

Database & Scripting:

  • Write and optimize complex PL/SQL queries and procedures.
  • Ensure data integrity and performance across Avaloq-related databases.

Release & Environment Management:

  • Manage release upgrades, stream and landscape configurations.
  • Perform post-cutover tasks and ADAI administration.
  • Support FixPack upgrades and environment stability.

Ongoing Tasks & Enhancements:

  • Setup and configuration of:
  • Costs, Fees, and Accounting for various transactions
  • Bond Interest Calculations
  • Revenue Reports
  • Handle:
  • Cross-BU Client Management
  • Finacle to Avaloq Integration (Balance Mapping)
  • PB SOA Enhancements and Changes
  • Data Migration Cleanup and Issue Resolution
  • Corrections in automatic field calculations (especially in STEX)
  • FX Rate Upload Issue Fixes

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in Avaloq Script development across multiple modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Avaloq Community API and Containerized Applications.
  • Strong command of PL/SQL and relational database concepts.
  • Experience in release management, including upgrades and landscape handling.
  • Familiarity with ADAI administration and post-release activities.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Avaloq Certification (ACP) is a plus.
  • Experience in banking or financial services domain.
  • Exposure to integration with core banking systems like Finacle.
