Position Overview:
Responsible for managing and collecting overdue payments from customers on behalf of the company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues efficiently. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department if necessary while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to retain customers by providing alternative solutions, offering promotions, or suggesting service upgrades that meet their needs.
