Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate schedules, dispatch tasks, and ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, appointments, and service requests in the CRM.
  • Provide administrative support including document management and report preparation.
  • Monitor workflows and implement AI tools to improve automation and efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with schedules and manage adjustments as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams and clients to resolve issues promptly.
  • Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and highlight areas for improvement.

Mandatory Skills

  • Native English speaker with excellent written and spoken communication.
  • Proficiency in AI tools/software for workflow optimization.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Previous experience in scheduling, customer service, or admin support.
  • Independent, reliable, and detail-focused in a remote environment.
