What you'll be doing

  • Greeting and serving customers in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a welcoming and positive dining experience
  • Taking accurate food and drink orders, delivering meals promptly, and attending to customer needs throughout their visit
  • Operating the POS system for order entry and processing payments efficiently and accurately
  • Handling cash, credit card transactions, and balancing the cash register at the end of shifts
  • Washing dishes, utensils, cookware, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and service areas
  • Assisting with clearing and resetting tables, and ensuring dining areas are clean and organized at all times
  • Supporting the kitchen and front-of-house team with various tasks to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Following all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred
  • Basic knowledge of cashiering and handling POS systems is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • High attention to detail, cleanliness, and a proactive attitude
  • Willingness to learn and take on varied responsibilities as needed
  • Flexible availability, including weekends, evenings, and holidays
