Core responsibilities

  • Provide CRM development and technical support to both internal and external customer/user.
  • Plan, support, configure, build, implement and technically innovative the Microsoft Dynamics, CRM,
  • portal, web site and platforms including data models, integrations, and workflows to meet operational need.
  • Provide Microsoft Dynamics technical advisory and design advisory leadership.
  • Participate in production release, patching and configuration.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • IT engineering degree or similar
  • ITIL V3 or ITIL 4 Foundation Certification
  • Development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Power Platform, Power
  • Automate, Plugins integrations), C#, JavaScript, Azure Logic Apps and Function
  • Apps, Azure DevOps, Integration/API
  • Knowledge of CRM (Sales, Marketing and Servicing) system is desirable.

Experience

  • 3 years experience in developing and deploying applications using Microsoft
  • Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
  • Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (Power
  • Apps, Model-driven apps, Power Automate, Power BI, DataVerse) and security best practices.
  • Decent knowledge and experience in ITIL processes specifically Incidents, Problems and Change
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • An understanding and deep empathy for working with a broad range of business stakeholders and staff, specifically to understand their challenges and deliver business outcomes.
  • Knowledge of technologies (including new and emerging)
  • Ability to influence business outcomes through first class written and verbal skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Be flexible and be part of on-call/after-hour/shift-work roster as required
