Qualifications:

  • Graduate of any 4 years business related course.
  • With at least 1 to 3 years experience.
  • Must be a team player, flexible, hardworking and with good moral character.

Job Function:

Responsible in the control of purchases and ensure that all materials and services are in accordance with the specified requirements.

  • Collate purchase orders and purchase requisition to be able to order materials and services.
  • Responsible for requesting quotations of the materials and services.
  • Prepare purchase order to be sent to the suppliers.
  • Interact with the suppliers on a day-to-day basis.
  • Check and review the deliveries against the orders.
  • Review inventories and order as required.
  • Update the requesting department on the status of their request.
  • Update and monitor P.O. balances to Supplier.
  • Conduct and Participate in actual stock taking of RM and FG.
