Job Summary: In this role, the Radiologic Technologist is responsible for operating X-ray and other imaging equipment to produce images of the internal structures of the body for diagnostic purposes. They work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to obtain high-quality images while ensuring the safety and comfort of patients. The Radiologic Technologist will also play a role in ensuring confidentiality and adherence to safety protocols are vital aspects of the position. Additionally, the Radiologic Technologist shall be responsible for coordinating specimen send-outs and timely reporting of results. Flexibility to take on additional duties assigned by the Company is expected, contributing to the overall efficiency and quality of healthcare services provided.

Key Responsibilities

• Patient Care: You will be responsible in preparing the imaging procedure to the patients, and explain they understand the process.
• Equipment Management: You will be responsible for monitoring the inventory of laboratory supplies, as well as ensuring the proper maintenance of radiography equipment.
• Laboratory Examinations: You will perform all required laboratory examinations with the highest degree of accuracy and efficiency, ensuring reliable and consistent results.
• Confidentiality: Strict adherence to confidentiality protocols is imperative in handling all laboratory results, maintaining the privacy and trust of our patients.
• Safety Protocols: Strictly observe and uphold established standards for aseptic techniques, universal precautions, and the proper storage and disposal of infectious waste and sharps.
• Timely Reporting: Ensure the timely reporting of laboratory results, guaranteeing their correctness and accuracy.
• Additional Responsibilities: Beprepared to take on other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company, its directors, or persons designated by the Management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology
• Registered Radiologic Technologist
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and a commitment to effectively implement and follow company
• Exhibits the ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Competent in performing various office tasks, including secretarial and clerical duties.
• Ensures the office premises are kept orderly and clean.
• Maintains a high standard of cleanliness in all assigned tasks and practices good personal hygiene.
• Performs tasks and assignments with both speed and precision.
• Maintains a positive and professional attitude towards work, clients, colleagues, the Company, its affiliates, as well as its directors, officers, and employees.
• Willingness to undertake any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Company, its directors, or individuals designated by the Company.
