Industrial Engineer

Job Descriptions:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the production department, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to production targets
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures
- Collaborate with the planning and scheduling team to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of products
- Provide hands-on guidance and coaching to production team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental regulations
- Participate in the development and implementation of production strategies and process improvements
Qualifications:
- With at least a year of experience in a production supervisory role within the manufacturing industry
- Strong working knowledge of production planning, scheduling, and inventory management
- Proficient in the use of production management software and data analysis tools is an advantage
- A degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Amenable to work on Meycauayan City, Bulacan even on shifting schedule
