  • Encode or upload and post all transactions recorded in NAV to Supplier's system (Matrix)
  • Ensure to double check GT sales upload in the SFA and reconciled to actual invoiced (MCR)
  • Ensure to follow schedule of daily matrix closing transaction
  • Make sure to extract salesman target and loading in the SFA for their early take off the following day
  • Encode and review prior to posting any transactions
  • Salesman update and customer creation
  • Prepare System Comparative Report and reconcile any variances
