Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Manager - Consulting Delivery with a strong background in Banking, Financial Services, or Wealth Operations. The successful candidate will lead and develop high-performing teams, drive operational excellence, and ensure delivery of top-quality client solutions. This role requires a dynamic leader with proven expertise in financial operations, process improvement, and client relationship management.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership and Team Management

• Manage and develop teams by setting clear goals, evaluating performance, and fostering professional growth through coaching and cross-training.

Coaching and Mentorship

• Provide constructive feedback and tailored guidance to support team members' career development and performance improvement.

Performance Management

• Track and manage performance metrics, quality standards, and productivity to exceed operational targets and optimize team efficiency.

Process Improvement and Change Management

• Identify and implement operational improvements, ensuring effective change management and collaboration across teams.

Project Management

• Manage and support projects within Client Solutions, representing the team in business process and corporate initiatives.

Client-Focused Mindset

• Ensure a seamless client experience, addressing escalated issues efficiently and maintaining service excellence.

Analytical and Data-Driven Decision-Making

• Use data analysis and KPIs to drive informed decisions, improve processes, and guide strategic planning.

Stakeholder Management and Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and service standards.

KPI Development and Reporting

• Define, track, and report KPIs that provide visibility into performance and support strategic initiatives.

Recruiting and Talent Development

• Recruit, onboard, and develop team members to meet evolving business needs and maintain a high-performing workforce.

Required Qualifications

Work Experience:

• 5–10 years of experience as a Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or in an equivalent leadership role.
• Minimum of 2 years in Banking or Financial Services Operations in a managerial capacity.
• Expertise in areas such as front-office advisor support, back-office account management, investment fund record-keeping, portfolio accounting, corporate actions, trade support, investment accounting, performance assessment, and reporting.
• Experience in Wealth Management and Banking is an advantage.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience in IT operations).

Technical Skills:

• Strong data analysis and KPI-driven decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Experience leading process improvement and cross-departmental collaboration initiatives.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Able to work under pressure with a hands-on, proactive approach.
