Purpose Of The Position
To Provide Project Support by accomplishing administrative , techno functional, data validation and day to day project requirements.

Detailed Responsibilities

  • Accomplish testing tickets and organize Test documentations
  • Accomplish Data Validation assignments and organize data validation manuscripts
  • Meeting Administration, from setting meetings to minutes.
  • Ensure accurate and on-time processing of payments to vendors, partners, and suppliers, including coordination with finance and relevant teams.
  • Budget Variance reporting
  • Maintain organized records and documentation for all techno functional, administrative and financial transactions.
  • Perform other clerical and administrative duties as needed to support project efficiency and business continuity.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering or IT related course
  • Willing to work on a project-based employment.
