Responsible for providing technical support, maintaining computer systems and networks, and assisting with the setup, installation, and troubleshooting of hardware and software.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Open to fresh graduates; internship or OJT experience in IT support or system maintenance is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and network troubleshooting.
- Familiar with Microsoft Windows, Office 365, and common productivity applications.
- Knowledge of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, routers, switches).
- Organized, reliable, and proactive in addressing technical issues.
