Selling Supervisor

Job Summary:

The Selling Supervisor is responsible for promoting merchandise, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and achieving sales targets. The role involves advising customers, resolving issues, and coordinating with the Branch Manager, Inventory Controller, and Purchasing Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Strategy: Achieve sales targets, develop strategies, and report progress. Work closely with the Branch Manager on sales planning and strategy.

Marketing: Implement and oversee marketing activities, ensuring accurate and effective promotions.

Merchandise Management: Manage displays, stock replenishment, and ensure product availability.

Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.

Team Management: Train and schedule sales clerks, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain a clean and organized selling area.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales and retail management

Strong communication and leadership skills
