III. RESPONSIBILITY

Job Summary : Monitor, Inspect, Check and Verifies Raw Materials, Finished Products, GMP , Sanitation, EMD and Implementation

Duties and Responsibilities: Please state in detail and state the frequency of the work being done ( i.e., Daily (D), Weekly (W), Monthly (M), Annually (A)).

· Conduct GMP Inspection in Personnel and Pre- Operation and Sanitation

· Monitor and Verify Implementation of Set Standards

· Conduct Validation and Verification Activities in Coordination with RND

· Conduct GMP and Food Safety Training to Plant Personnel and Production Workers

· Inspect Incoming Raw Materials Deliveries.

· Verify Customer Complaints and Provide and Recommend Corrective Actions

· Coordinate with Supervisors and Engineering Staff for Immediate Solutions to Problems, Recommend Corrective Actions or Improvements to be taken to Address Problems Concerning Quality and Food Safety.

IV. KEY QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of BS Food Technology, Animal Science and Other Related Course

• With Background Training in GMP, SSDP and HACCP

• With Experience in Quality Control and Assurance and Food Processing Operations

• Analytical

• Very Keen Observant

• Proficient in Computer Applications Programs

• Can Work with Minimum Supervision

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month
