  • Prepares materials and sample for bake test.
  • Conducts bake test for flour sample (in-process, special sample, shelf life etc.).
  • Records all the data during baking in the bake test form.
  • Evaluate baked bread as to required parameters (Loaf: Height, volume, appearance etc., Cookies: Appearance, Diameter Increase, Spread Height Ratio etc.).
  • Prepares report for the bake test and evaluation of baked bread.
  • Records and update inventory of materials.
  • Prepares requisition for materials needed in the bakery.
  • Daily update and recording of flour sample usage.
  • Daily monitoring and recording of gas reading and usage.
  • Daily preparation of sample of bread for evaluation.
  • Maintains the good operating condition of the bakery equipment (oven, mixer, slicer etc.).
  • Maintains good housekeeping, cleanliness and orderliness in the bakery.
  • Observes proper segregation of waste as to paper, wet, dry and plastic.
  • Weekly general cleaning of the bakery laboratory area and equipment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php15, Php18,000.00 per month
