Job Summary:
Responsible for maintaining, organizing, and safeguarding company records and documents (both physical and digital) to ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and easy retrieval.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain company files and archives.
- Ensure proper labeling, filing, and indexing of documents.
- Support staff in retrieving and returning records.
- Assist in digitization and safe storage of documents.
- Implement company policies on records retention and disposal.
- Safeguard confidential information at all times.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Office Administration, Business, Information Management, or related course (preferred).
- With or without experience in archiving/clerical work.
- Knowledge in MS Office and filing systems.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
