Job Summary

The Warehouseman is responsible for receiving, storing, organizing, and dispatching materials, supplies, and products in the warehouse. The role ensures that items are handled properly, inventories are accurate, and warehouse operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming deliveries against invoices or purchase orders.
  • Organize and store materials, supplies, and finished goods in their designated areas.
  • Prepare, pick, and pack items accurately for delivery or transfer.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, and other material-handling tools (if certified).
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse at all times.
  • Assist in conducting regular inventory counts and cycle checks.
  • Follow proper safety and security protocols in handling goods.
  • Support logistics and production teams as needed for smooth operations.

Qualifications

  • High school graduate or equivalent (vocational/technical course is an advantage).
  • At least 1–2 years of warehouse, logistics, or related experience preferred.
  • Knowledge in inventory systems and warehouse procedures.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items when required.
  • Familiarity with safety standards and warehouse equipment operation.
  • Physically fit, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From Php18,070.00 per month
